Target Process Solution
Process Target (or Point in Process) allows you, our partner, to identify which area in the Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment process you would like our consultants to focus on. This allows us to tailor a bespoke solution that zones in on your area of interest.
Reporting and Metrics are customized in trigger points within the process and are bespoke to each client solution.
We offer 3 standard solutions to fit all needs.
Sourcing Solution

1. Sourcing
This stage is where we begin with a Sourcing Intake, We begin a diffusion campaign of talent attraction. We Deliver the information and Reporting to the agent in charge or selection.

2. Pre-Qualifying
We qualify the candidates after the sourcing is done based on your needs and in three categories: Technical Skillset, Soft Skillset and Leadership Skillset.

After we qualify a candidate, an Interview is scheduled we do Competency Based Interviewing (CBI), We also provide Psychometric tests and our interviewers are qualified to observe and analyze any other factor you may require to select a candidate in an interview.
Onboarding Solution

4. Candidate Management
Once a candidate has been pre-selected we do the Documentation and Reference Checks, based in your demands, the job offer and standard checks to ensure your company peace of mind.

5. Offer Presentation and Onboarding
If a candidate gets qualified in all aspects it will be presented an offer, after the acceptance of the offer we will proceed then to comply any Internal Documentation you require.

Enterprise Solution
Enterprise, or otherwise known as full cycle RPO, allows our Consultant(s) to become the official talent acquisition team of your company with direct access to your hiring managers in the organization, covering its entirety from approval through new hire onboarding.
The enterprise solution is divided in five stages:

1. Sourcing
We begin this stage with a Sourcing Intake. We launch a diffusion campaign of talent attraction. We deliver the information and reporting to the agent in charge of selection.

2. Pre-Qualifying
We qualify the candidates after the sourcing is done based on your needs according to three categories: Technical Skillset, Soft Skillset and Leadership Skillset.

Project Base Solution
When your organization is experiencing a rapid burst of growth, a Project Base Solution provides a scalable and responsive recruiting engine for your organization. Whether it’s to support a new division of the company or a short-term initiative, we are there to assist you.
The Project Base Solution is defined in four stages:

1. Project Design
Understand and create a bespoke process that covers client expectations and goals. The process covers End-to-End Experience for the client from the arrival at the target venue or country through final report and handover.

2. Attraction
Based on the Project Design Phase, marketing materials will be created using specific media formats that will increase and promote visibility for the campaign days and increase traffic of candidates, including newspaper ads, online ads, burst emails, etc.

3. Assessment Centre
The Assessment Center focuses on the actual day-to-day round of the event flow. This includes calibrating the assessment levels and target results for each assessment level, as well as effectively trimming down candidates based on attributes required by the client and identified during the Project Design Phase.

4. Project Wrap-Up
Project Wrap-Up is a detailed summary report of the event and success wrap-up which includes full client de-brief and takeaway from the experience.

Hybrid Solution
A combination solution where we provide you with Full Service Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Services whether it be Contractual employees or Managing Perm employees through the entire facet of Human Capital Management.
The Hybrid Solution is defined in four stages:

1. Discovery
We begin by assessing your needs through a consultative approach or discovering the organizations area’s of opportunities through an Audit, Internal Interview and Data Driven assessment review

2. Design
Based on the Information gathered we will design a customized solution package for your Organization that will focus on improving the pain points identified during the discovery phase

3. Implementation and Change Management
Once the Designed solution has been agreed upon and calibrated according to your organization’s needs and expectation AGG will Manage the Change Management and full implementation of the solution within the Organization including Change Management and transition of all employees involved

4. Sustainable Analytics
Once Implementation is completed and the solution is on full bloom AGG will provide and monitor analytics that was identified within the process to ensure the solution is providing the desired results within the organization.
